KI5 Mini-fixes is a collection of bug fixes and compatibility improvements for vehicle mods created by KI5 in Project Zomboid.
The addon addresses various issues involving vehicle doors, storage compartments, passenger seats, crafting recipes and trailer connections. It also introduces additional military spawn configurations for several compatible vehicles.
Instead of replacing existing cars or adding an entirely new vehicle pack, the modification improves the functionality of already installed KI5 vehicles.
Important: KI5 Mini-fixes must be loaded after the corresponding KI5 vehicle mods.
Main Improvements
The modification includes several categories of fixes:
- Doors and locks - Corrects problems with opening, closing and accessing vehicle doors.
- Trunks and storage - Fixes cargo compartments, toolboxes and related interactions.
- Passenger seats - Improves access to seats in certain vehicles.
- Military vehicle spawns - Adds appropriate spawn configurations for selected military variants.
- Trailer compatibility - Improves attachment systems and trailer physics.
- Crafting and repairs - Corrects broken or unavailable crafting recipes.
- Vehicle models - Fixes incorrect templates and component dependencies.
These changes improve everyday vehicle interactions without introducing unnecessary gameplay systems.
