IsoRim Waylith - VFE Factory Pack: Industrial Buildings and Conveyor Belts in 3D

IsoRim Waylith - VFE Factory Pack brings the industrial machinery from Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Factory into the three-dimensional environment of RimWorld.

The modification adds dedicated 3D models for factory equipment, conveyor belts and supporting industrial structures, allowing players to view their production facilities through IsoRim Waylith.

With optional IsoRimZ integration, industrial buildings can also be displayed across multiple floors.

Industrial Machinery in 3D

The pack introduces 3D representations of the machinery and structures included in Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Factory.

Supported equipment includes:

• Factories - Three-dimensional models for the factory buildings.
• Conveyor Belts - Visual representations of industrial transport systems.
• Factory Hoppers - 3D models for material input and storage components.
• Autofarmer - A three-dimensional representation of the automated farming machine.
• Boosters - Models for factory enhancement equipment.
• Heatsinks - Visual representations of industrial cooling components.

These additions make production areas more visually consistent with the rest of a colony displayed in IsoRim Waylith.

Conveyor Belts and Item Visualization

Conveyor belts receive their own 3D models, allowing factory transportation systems to be represented in the isometric environment.

Items transported on conveyor belts follow your existing IsoRim item display settings.

This ensures that item visualization remains consistent with the player's chosen configuration.

Multi-Floor Factories with IsoRimZ

The modification offers optional compatibility with IsoRimZ, allowing industrial machinery to be displayed on different floors.

However, certain machines have additional space requirements.

Tall factory machines require a double-height room when used with the multi-floor system.

Players planning multi-story industrial facilities should account for the height of their equipment when designing factory buildings.

IsoRimZ is optional and is not required for the standard 3D visualization provided by IsoRim Waylith.

Requirements and Installation

The following modifications are required:

• IsoRim Waylith - Latest version.
• Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Factory - Provides the industrial machinery and production systems.
• Vanilla Expanded Framework - Required framework for Vanilla Expanded content.

Optional:

• IsoRimZ - Enables multi-floor integration.

Load Order

Place IsoRim Waylith - VFE Factory Pack after all required mods and IsoRimZ, if installed, in your mod loading order.

Project Information

The pack uses newly created 3D models based on the visual style of Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Factory.

It does not include files from the original Vanilla Expanded modifications.
