Survivor PDA - RPG Skills, Traders and Missions for Project Zomboid

Survivor PDA adds character builds, escalating world danger, trading and story missions to Project Zomboid Build 42. Press K to open a handheld PDA, complete with a 3D model in your survivor’s hands.

Its tabs bring together your dossier, skill tree, operations, traders, contacts and messages through the surviving SURVIVOR .NET network.

Build your survivor

The skill tree contains 270 nodes across eight classes: Vanguard, Marksman, Shadow, Tactician, Medic, Survivalist, Engineer and Scavenger. Connecting paths support mixed builds, with eight hybrid specialisations and eight permanent prestige professions.

Nodes affect weapon damage, skill XP, endurance, reloading, carrying capacity, healing and other abilities. Earn skill points by leveling up, reset the tree to try another build and adjust node strength from 0.5x to 3x.

A world that grows more dangerous

Five stages take the outbreak from Caution to Apocalypse. Progression changes zombie speed, toughness, sprinter frequency and raid size, while horde raids pursue you as time passes.

The PDA timeline previews upcoming changes. Progression speed and stages can be adjusted in settings.

Traders, jobs and survivor stories

Unlock eight traders through the skill tree. Each has a background, changing stock and relationships ranging from Adversary to Ally. Sell wanted items, buy supplies with scavenged cash and build trust for better prices, gifts and additional work.

• 385 trader jobs cover hunting, deliveries, crafting and survival.
• Track up to three jobs simultaneously.
• Earn money, XP and trust; the hardest trader jobs also award a skill point.
• 51 survivor missions arrive through mail, asking for items, money or difficult decisions. Some senders are deceptive.

Spend a skill point on a mystery box for a chance at 93 rewards, ranging from Normal to Mythic. Box tiers and luck-related nodes affect your chances.

Messages and device settings

Receive trader news and survivor correspondence, or exchange messages with other players in multiplayer.

Choose an always-available PDA or an immersive physical item that must be carried and charged. Its battery drains while the screen is on. HUD indicators show progression, unread mail and world danger.

Settings cover interface appearance, sounds, progression multipliers and individual systems. Eleven languages, including English and Russian, are supported.

Installation and compatibility

Made for Build 42.21, with single-player and multiplayer support. Install it on the server and every client; rewards, prices and jobs are controlled by the server.

Enable Survivor PDA - RPG Skill Tree & Traders, then start or load a game and press K. F10 opens the Dimensional Vault; both shortcuts are rebindable.

Do not enable the original Project RPG alongside it: Survivor PDA already includes it.

Optional integrations include Knox Inventory, Inventory Tetris, Minimal Sidebar and carry-weight mods such as More Traits.
