1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor

Who says a hearse can't become the perfect survival vehicle? The 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor brings a piece of classic American automotive history to Project Zomboid, combining unmistakable styling, impressive dimensions and plenty of room for supplies.

This enormous Cadillac is more than just an unusual way to travel through the apocalypse. With additional equipment, reinforced components and expanded cargo capacity, it can become a practical companion for long journeys.

And for fans of supernatural adventures, there's a very special surprise waiting in the collection.

Three Iconic Variants

The mod introduces three distinctive configurations:

• Meteor Hearse - A classic funeral vehicle with an elongated body and generous storage space.
• Ambulance - An emergency service version of the legendary Cadillac.
• Ecto-1 - The famous Ghostbusters car, complete with its recognizable siren and roof-mounted emergency lights.

The Ecto-1 is provided as an optional submod. To make it appear in the game, you must enable the ECTO1 module separately. Without it, this special version will not spawn.

Storage and Customization

The extended body provides considerable space for carrying equipment, making the Cadillac particularly useful for survivors who collect large amounts of supplies.

Additional accessories can be found throughout the game world:

• Roof racks for expanded cargo capacity
• Protective window plates
• Reinforced bullbar equipment
• Additional armor components
• Multiple exterior texture variations

These upgrades allow you to preserve the elegant original appearance or prepare the car for dangerous expeditions.

Reinforced Tires and Special Features

One of the most useful additions is the ability to craft reinforced run-flat tires. Unlike ordinary wheels, they remain functional after taking damage, although reduced friction makes handling more difficult.

Other features include:

• Fully animated hood, trunk lid, doors and windows
• Detailed interior with a visible character model
• Distinctive entering, exiting and aiming animations
• Removable 3D components that can be placed in the game world
• Support for towing and being towed

Future improvements planned by the creator include additional roof racks, cosmetic protection for the far rear windows, a rear-facing passenger seat and further animation refinements.

• Vehicle recoloring is not supported
