Heart Health Meter turns Project Zomboid’s existing heart icon into a visual health indicator. Its fill decreases alongside your character’s actual overall health, letting you check their condition at a glance.

There are no additional HUD panels or numerical readouts.

Toggle the display

Disable the feature by right-clicking the heart icon or through Options > Mods.

Compatibility and saves

  • Requires Build 42.20 or newer.
  • Supports single-player, locally hosted multiplayer and dedicated servers.
  • Safe to add to an existing save.

Modification or extension requires the original creator’s express permission. Repacking is prohibited.
