Make sheets fit the windows they cover. Fitted Sheets adjusts coverings for tall windows, shop fronts and other large panes, including sheets already hanging in your save. For Build 42, with support reported for 42.20 and 42.21.
Fitted Sheets replaces undersized window sheets with coverings that match the glass. Tall house windows, church windows, diner fronts and shop windows receive appropriately sized sheets, while small windows keep their normal covering.
Familiar controls, better coverage
Use Add Sheet as usual. The mod lets the game place its normal sheet, then substitutes a fitted version where needed. It does not hang sheets automatically.
Existing coverings are resized as their area loads, including sheets placed before installation and those generated by the game.
Opening, closing, recovering sheets, barricades, saving and synchronization retain their vanilla handling.
Windows only
Doors are unaffected, including glass storefront doors.
A few oversized windows spanning multiple wall tiles also retain vanilla sheets. Examples include double-height Seahorse panes and some police station and theatre fronts.
Compatibility and removal
- Build 42 only, with compatibility reported for 42.20 and 42.21.
- Adds new tiles without modifying vanilla files.
- Safe to add to an existing save.
- Multiplayer works in the author’s testing, though issues may still occur.
Remove hanging sheets before uninstalling. Coverings left behind become invisible but continue blocking sight. You can still click them and remove them afterward.
