Butchering Time by Body Size for RimWorld

Butchering a chicken should take less work than processing an elephant. This mod replaces the fixed 450-tick base work amount with a calculation that accounts for the target’s body size.

Smaller creatures require less butchering work, while larger ones require more.

How it works

The required work is calculated as:

Base Work Amount × Body Size × Multiplier

Adjust the multiplier in the mod settings to set the overall workload.

An optional toggle applies the same scaling to shredding mechanoids, making their processing requirements depend on body size too.

Saves and compatibility

The mod can be added to or removed from an existing save at any time. It uses a small patch, and the author reports compatibility with other mods.
