• Events almost every day: Perry greatly increases event frequency, keeping colony life busy and unpredictable.

• Doubled population targets: Perry tolerates a larger colony before population-related storyteller pressure increases. This changes how he encourages or discourages growth; it is not a hard colonist limit.
