Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Memes and Structures - Deeper Beliefs for RimWorld
Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Memes and Structures expands ideology creation with 36 new memes, additional belief structures and mechanics that shape how your colony lives. Build a fishing republic, a corporate scrap-trading settlement, a mechanoid technocracy or a society devoted to a god-king.
Give your colony a distinct identity
The module adds:
- Memes that introduce new priorities and playstyles.
- Belief structures, including an eldritch theme and a combined Shinto- and Taoism-inspired structure.
- Rituals and precepts that influence colony customs.
- Specialist roles with new responsibilities.
- Items, buildings and mechanics supporting the expanded ideologies.
These additions work together to make beliefs a stronger part of everyday colony management and storytelling.
Expand ideology limits
Mod settings let you increase the permitted number of memes, styles, rituals, relics and ideology buildings, allowing more elaborate combinations than the standard limits permit.
The content comes as a complete package, without individual module toggles. Developer mode can be used to adjust ideologies, precepts and roles.
Requirements and compatibility
Requires Ideology and Vanilla Expanded Framework.
Load it after both, as well as any mods that explicitly require loading before this module.
Other meme mods may conflict if they modify the same game systems. Combat Extended compatibility is not firmly confirmed in the supplied description.
Existing saves
The mod can be added during a playthrough, but existing ideologies will not automatically adopt its content. You can edit them through developer mode to incorporate the new options.
