Vanilla Factions Expanded - Empire - Imperial Nobility and Politics for RimWorld
Vanilla Factions Expanded - Empire expands Royalty’s Imperial faction into the centre of a dedicated playthrough. Develop your colony’s noble household, navigate Imperial affairs and pursue influence within the Great Hierarchy.
The mod suits both an ambitious aristocratic dynasty and a colony with only one or two nobles.
Build your place in the Empire
The expansion adds:
- New titles and royal honours for noble progression.
- The Great Hierarchy, giving Imperial politics a dedicated interface.
- Vassalage mechanics and additional permits.
- Structures and apparel for an Imperial colony.
- Intrigues, art exhibitions and missions, including hunting deserters and responding to terrorist threats.
Gain a titled pawn to join the Empire and unlock the Great Hierarchy interface through the Royalty menu.
An Imperial-focused playthrough
Most of the content depends on cooperation with the Empire. Becoming hostile disables the vast majority of its features.
The faction retains its ultratech identity, so the mod is not designed for a medieval-only setting.
Requirements and compatibility
Requires the Royalty DLC. Compatible with Combat Extended.
RuntimeGC and other tools that remove world pawns can break the Great Hierarchy. If this happens, the developer option Regenerate Great Hierarchy can rebuild it.
The mod can be added to an existing save, but cannot be removed safely afterwards.
